About the role#
Blue Bird Day offers clinical placements for graduate students in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and social work. This is an intensive therapy program for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders. Therapies take place in a preschool-like setting where classes are run by therapists rather than teachers.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a clinical placement within a pediatric therapy program.
- Collaborate with a team providing occupational, physical, speech, developmental, and ABA therapies.
- Help clients reach their unique goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a graduate student in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, or social work.
- Interest in the pediatric field.
- Prior experience in the pediatric field.
