    About the role#

    We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support partnership development and go-to-market execution within the senior care market. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in business development, market validation, and startup execution. You will report directly to the CEO/Founder and work in a hands-on capacity to bridge the gap between our services and senior care providers.

    What you'll do#

    • Learn and understand partner products, services, value propositions, and target customer use cases.
    • Research and build target lists across senior-focused channels, including assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehab providers, geriatric physicians, and home health agencies.
    • Conduct outreach to target accounts through cold calling, appointment setting, walk-in visits, and email follow-ups.
    • Track outreach activity, responses, and meetings in an organized format.
    • Report field feedback and market observations to the CEO, including messaging effectiveness, response rates, and common barriers to adoption.
    • Help identify and nurture referral relationships with senior care channels to support families interested in home safety and fall-risk services.
    • Assist with the creation of presentation materials, sales collateral, and summary reports.

    What you'll need#

    • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
    • Comfort making outbound calls and speaking with professionals in person.
    • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize information clearly.
    • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local outreach in the DFW area.
    • Ability to work independently and provide regular progress updates.
    • Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Public Health, or Health Administration.

    • Work Modality: Hybrid (Field-based and remote).
    • Type: Part-time internship.
    • Compensation: Paid (hourly or stipend-based depending on experience).
    • Term: Rolling.
