    About the role#

    TruBlue of Flower Mound is developing a Senior Fall Risk Reduction Initiative to identify home-based hazards and build a data-driven model for aging-in-place support. We are looking for a Research and Operations Intern to assist with our assessment program, medical advisor research, and the development of a white paper on fall risk reduction.

    What you'll do#

    • Organize assessment records, photos, risk factors, and follow-up notes.
    • Maintain a structured database of assessment results.
    • Create contact lists for potential medical advisors, university faculty, and senior agencies, summarizing their background and relevance.
    • Help organize data and findings for a Senior Fall Risk Reduction White Paper.
    • Assist with scheduling assessments and follow-ups.
    • Prepare simple customer-facing assessment summaries using company templates.

    What you'll need#

    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize information clearly.
    • Good written English communication skills.
    • Comfort using Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, Word, and online research tools.
    • An interest in senior care, public health, healthcare, aging-in-place, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or community health.
    • Pursuing or holding a degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Business Administration.

    • Location: Flower Mound, Texas.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: Part-time, 10 to 15 hours per week.
    • Term: Rolling.
