About the role#
TruBlue of Flower Mound is developing a Senior Fall Risk Reduction Initiative to identify home-based hazards and build a data-driven model for aging-in-place support. We are looking for a Research and Operations Intern to assist with our assessment program, medical advisor research, and the development of a white paper on fall risk reduction.
What you'll do#
- Organize assessment records, photos, risk factors, and follow-up notes.
- Maintain a structured database of assessment results.
- Create contact lists for potential medical advisors, university faculty, and senior agencies, summarizing their background and relevance.
- Help organize data and findings for a Senior Fall Risk Reduction White Paper.
- Assist with scheduling assessments and follow-ups.
- Prepare simple customer-facing assessment summaries using company templates.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize information clearly.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Comfort using Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, Word, and online research tools.
- An interest in senior care, public health, healthcare, aging-in-place, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or community health.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Business Administration.
