About the role#
We are looking for an Engineering student to join our manufacturing plant for a hands-on summer internship. You will work alongside our engineering team to provide technical support and assist with the execution of capital projects. This role offers the chance to gain practical experience in processing principles, operating systems, and project management while contributing to our manufacturing goals.
What you'll do#
- Develop options and recommendations for manufacturing process systems.
- Collaborate with other engineers to solve defined problems.
- Communicate project progress and results to the team.
- Support key enterprise strategies and programs.
- Provide technical and economic support for initiatives focused on improving the current state.
- Leverage subject matter expertise to drive continuous improvement.
- Research and champion the implementation of new technology and commercial applications.
What you'll need#
- Two to three years of progress toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in teams to drive performance.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Carrollton, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time role for Summer 2027.
- The pay range for this position is $22 to $24 per hour.
