About the role#
TransUnion is hiring a Business Operations Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, part-time position based in Chicago. You will work in a hybrid capacity, which requires being in the office at least two days per week.
What you'll do#
- Create data visualizations to help stakeholders understand key metrics.
- Maintain and clean records within the Salesforce platform.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge articles for internal and client use.
- Manage meeting notes and track user responses.
- Complete and present a special project to the Client Operations team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Graduation date by June 2025 or earlier.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of project management and process improvement.
- Ability to create, modify, and document processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose alternative solutions to technical problems.
- Capability to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
