About the role#
As a Procurement Operation Analyst intern, you will support a business unit through research, data analysis, and project coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in a professional environment where you will learn project methodologies and contribute to team goals. You will work on identifying process improvements and developing your understanding of stakeholder relationships.
What you'll do#
- Support your assigned business unit with research and project tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects.
- Participate in team meetings and activities to learn project methodologies.
- Suggest improvements to existing processes and tools to increase efficiency.
- Build an understanding of internal and external stakeholder needs.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Join periodic reviews to share project updates and receive feedback.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related non-technical field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work within defined timelines.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and a sense of urgency.
