About the role#
As a Supply Chain Specialist Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to solve business and technology challenges for clients. You will gain hands-on experience applying supply chain concepts while developing expertise in SAP. This role provides exposure to how organizations manage procurement, materials, inventory, customer orders, fulfillment, and distribution through enterprise technology. You will contribute to projects across various industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and the public sector.
What you'll do#
- Support business and technology teams in understanding supply chain requirements, processes, and opportunities.
- Assist with SAP solutions focused on procurement, materials management, inventory, sales, and logistics.
- Translate business requirements into SAP-enabled process and technology solutions.
- Help team members with SAP configuration, testing, data validation, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants, supply chain professionals, and client teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Management Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- Interest in supply chain management, procurement, inventory, logistics, and enterprise applications.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and business process concepts.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and use structured problem-solving.
- Exposure to supply chain, operations, data analysis, or process improvement through coursework or projects.
- Interest in learning SAP, analytics, automation, and digital transformation.
- Awareness of how technology, data, and Artificial Intelligence impact supply chain operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate ideas.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, spreadsheets, data visualization, or process mapping.
