About the role#
This summer internship offers a hands-on introduction to technical sales within the HVAC and building management industry. You will spend 12 weeks developing your skills in sales engineering, communication, and business operations. This program provides insight into a career in sales and may lead to opportunities in our Graduate Training Program after you graduate.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside Sales Account Managers to support customers.
- Learn about the design, application, and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts, and services.
- Attend sales meetings, business functions, and customer site visits.
- Participate in the full cycle of sales engineering tasks from start to finish.
- Act as a daily point-of-contact for customers to help solve their building efficiency needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Engineering (all disciplines considered).
- Completion of at least your sophomore or 2nd year of study before the internship begins.
- Legal right to work in Canada.
- A valid driver license held for at least 12 months, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- A desire to learn about technical fields and communicate engineering solutions.
