About the role#
Trane Technologies offers a co-op program designed to provide students with hands-on assignments and exposure to company leadership. This position is a full-time, paid role intended for students pursuing an engineering degree. You will work for 6-8 consecutive months during the Winter, Summer, or Fall terms.
What you'll do#
- Analyze customer use profile data to identify untapped product value.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive quality and productivity initiatives.
- Conduct analysis to support long-range architecture planning for new and existing products.
- Assist with engineering plans for new product development programs.
- Represent the company by participating in community STEM programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS program for Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Availability to work full-time for a 6-8 month period.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in campus organizations, sports, or work projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and prioritize tasks based on importance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Panama City, Florida.
- Modality: Hybrid (Onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexibility on Fridays).
- Pay: $22.50 - $31.00 per hour.
