About the role#
Trane Technologies offers a Co-op program designed to provide students with hands-on experience, leadership training, and networking opportunities with senior leaders. This is a paid, full-time position for students pursuing an engineering degree. We focus on professional development and aim to prepare students for potential full-time career paths after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Analyze customer use profile data to identify untapped product value.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive quality and productivity initiatives.
- Support long-range architecture planning and engineering plans for new product development.
- Represent the company by participating in community STEM programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS program for Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Availability to work full-time for 6-8 consecutive months, either January to August or May to December.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through campus organizations, sports, or work projects.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your own workflow.
- A strong interest in learning new information and gaining new experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Clarksville, Tennessee.
- Modality: Hybrid (Onsite Monday through Thursday; flexible location on Fridays).
- Compensation: $23.75 per hour.
- Relocation: A $3,500 stipend for relocation or housing is provided.
