About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship program for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering. You will work on-site at one of our facilities to gain hands-on experience in the industrial machinery manufacturing sector. The program includes leadership training, networking events, and exposure to senior company leaders. Participants may be considered for our full-time post-graduate Accelerated Development Program or direct hire roles upon completion.
What you'll do#
- Participate in assignments across product development, failure analysis, and value engineering.
- Perform design and verification testing.
- Collaborate with teams to execute complex projects.
- Research and analyze technical core concepts to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or MS program for Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Engineering Physics degrees.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- At least one prior internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through campus organizations, team captain roles, or project management.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate for the duration of the internship.

- Locations: Davidson, NC; Noblesville, IN; Minneapolis, MN; La Crosse, WI; Clarksville, TN; Tyler, TX; St Paul, MN.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site (5 days per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time position with an hourly rate range of $22.50 to $31.00.
