About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work with the business operations support team in La Crosse, Wisconsin. You will assist the field organization by providing support for various business systems and processes. This is a part-time, on-site role that requires year-round availability while you attend school. Applicants must reside in the La Crosse area.
What you'll do#
- Respond to support calls and troubleshoot transaction issues.
- Coach users on system functionality and process tasks.
- Identify application problems and provide resolutions.
- Document software malfunctions.
- Create and update user guide documentation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new application deployments.
- Complete application setups.
- Assist with project work within business operations support.
What you'll need#
- Full-time student status with a graduation date after December 2027.
- Enrollment in a 2-year or bachelor's degree program in accounting, finance, management information systems, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide customer service.
- Business system experience is preferred.

- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
