About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in a distribution center. You will work alongside leaders to learn the daily operations that support our stores and customers. The program runs for 11 weeks starting in May 2027 and is designed to build skills in supply chain and operations leadership. You will work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience in distribution center operations while learning about product flow, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Partner with leaders and team members to support daily operational priorities and performance goals.
- Analyze operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to support business performance.
- Contribute to projects focused on improving operational efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety.
- Develop leadership skills by communicating expectations and building relationships in the facility.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through previous employment, internships, campus organizations, or extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Requirements: You must be able to relocate to and reside in the Franklin, KY area for the duration of the internship. This position is paid.
