About the role#
The Student Associate - Business Analyst supports the Thermoforming leadership team with business analysis, reporting, and data management. This role provides hands-on experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment. You will work across commercial, operational, and financial functions to support executive decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Collect, track, and analyze data for key business initiatives.
- Perform data reconciliation across internal systems to identify trends and inconsistencies.
- Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Organize business information using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Support process improvement initiatives by finding ways to simplify reporting and increase efficiency.
- Track project milestones and key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or advanced degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
