About the role#
Tombras is seeking a Public Relations Intern to join our team for a 9-week, paid internship. This role offers exposure to the operations of a full-service advertising agency, providing opportunities to support multiple client accounts through research, content development, and tactical execution.
What you'll do#
- Create content including blog posts, news releases, and slide decks.
- Conduct research and provide project assistance for various clients.
- Execute public relations tactics such as building media lists and curating coverage.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive PR reports.
- Provide onsite support at PR events as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a senior in an undergraduate program or recent graduation in Public Health, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AP style.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, and Keynote or PowerPoint.
