About the role#
The Sonic Social Media Intern will join the team for a 9-week paid internship during the summer of 2026. This role is based on-site in Knoxville, Tennessee, and involves a commitment of up to 25 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Set up, track, report on, and analyze social media campaigns.
- Participate in the creative brainstorming process to develop engaging content.
- Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities related to social trends.
- Assist with the development of content calendars and monitor customer feedback.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports for the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduation in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Prior work or life experience in a relevant field.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Canva, and the Adobe Suite.
- A passion for social media and pop culture.
- Expert knowledge of social media network functionality.
