Toho International is seeking a Marketing Intern to support lifecycle marketing, campaign planning, and creative brief development. This role focuses on both the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives, working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to support paid media, lifecycle, and on-site projects.
What you'll do#
- Build and organize marketing campaign calendars.
- Support campaign execution across key moments, including launches, promotions, brand announcements, and holidays.
- Perform quality assurance on email and SMS campaigns to ensure accuracy, brand voice, and timing.
- Pull basic performance data and summarize results such as opens, clicks, and conversions.
- Draft clear and concise creative briefs for lifecycle, paid media, and site assets to translate campaign goals into actionable tasks for designers.
- Ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives, audience expectations, and brand guidelines.
- Support cross-functional planning between the Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in both acquisition and retention marketing.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear written communication skills with the ability to explain ideas simply.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
- Exposure to CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing analytics.
- A passion for pop culture.
