About the role#
The Project Management Office (PMO) at TMX Group supports the delivery of business value by partnering with clusters, squads, and stakeholders. As a Process Analyst Student Intern, you will help govern and support these delivery processes. You will act as a primary point of contact for support, provide expertise on internal tools, and help improve our existing delivery methods.
What you'll do#
- Maintain plan, policy, and procedure documentation, including business contingency plans.
- Develop and execute communication plans for new or updated procedures.
- Act as a liaison between auditors and scrum masters during annual audits.
- Support the Head of PMO, Chapter Leads, and Community of Practice Leads with meeting logistics and action items.
- Assist clusters with Agile processes and tools.
- Manage and update PMO Confluence spaces and the internal Google site to ensure information remains accessible.
- Review existing Agile delivery processes and implement improvements based on team feedback.
- Monitor PMO service levels to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Develop internal processes to support PMO operations.
- Create and update process documentation, presentations, and dashboards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Commerce, Project Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities.
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A self-starting, flexible, and hardworking approach.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
