About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program offers interdisciplinary training across the core areas of our real estate business. You will work directly with a Tishman Speyer team in a specific functional area, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to our business goals. The program includes asset tours and team building events to help you build professional relationships and understand our culture.

What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior or Senior student.
- You have a strong desire to pursue a career in real estate.
- You have completed coursework in finance, accounting, or real estate (advanced real estate finance coursework is preferred).
- You are proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You are comfortable using AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve work quality and process efficiency.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and good judgment.
- You have an interest in working across different functions and possess knowledge of the real estate investment market.
