Lead Student Pastor

About the role#

The Lead Student Pastor at the Redmond location provides vision, leadership, and oversight for a ministry serving over 250 students weekly. This role requires a strategic thinker and relational leader capable of casting vision, building teams, and executing ministry objectives with excellence. You will contribute to church-wide strategy and staff culture as part of the broader ministry team.

What you'll do#

• Serve as the primary leader of Student Ministries at the Redmond location.
• Lead, develop, and multiply a high-performing team of student staff, residents, and volunteer leaders.
• Own the strategy for helping students take next steps in following Jesus, focusing on spiritual ownership and leadership development.
• Integrate students into the broader life of the church to ensure they are connected and serving.
• Drive key environments, events, and systems that foster growth and spiritual depth.

What you'll need#

• 5+ years of student ministry experience.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• A deep, authentic relationship with Jesus.
• Ability to cast vision and develop others.
• A genuine love for students and an understanding of how to engage their world.
• Relevant educational background in Psychology, Philosophy, or Communications.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available).

Location & details#

• Location: Redmond, Washington.
• Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Full-time (Sunday–Thursday, with flexibility for occasional Friday/Saturday events).
• Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
