About the role#
The Lead Student Pastor at the Redmond location provides vision, leadership, and oversight for a student ministry serving over 250 students weekly. This role requires a high-capacity leader capable of casting vision, building teams, and leading with clarity and energy. You will serve as a strategic thinker and a relational leader who executes with excellence while investing in the lives of students and staff.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the primary leader of Student Ministries at the Redmond location.
- Lead, develop, and multiply a high-performing team of student staff, residents, and volunteer leaders.
- Own the strategy for helping students take next steps in following Jesus, focusing on spiritual ownership and leadership development.
- Integrate students into the broader life of the church to ensure they are connected and serving.
- Drive key environments, events, and systems that produce growth and spiritual depth.
- Contribute to church-wide strategy, staff culture, and leadership development.
What you'll need#
- 5+ years of student ministry experience.
- Proven experience leading teams.
- Deep, authentic relationship with Jesus.
- Ability to cast vision and develop others.
- Genuine love for students and an understanding of how to engage them.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Redmond, Washington.
- Schedule: Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, with flexibility for occasional Friday or Saturday events.
- Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
