About the role#
The Student Pastor at the Redmond Campus joins the student team to reach and disciple middle and high school students. This role focuses on middle school ministry. You will build authentic relationships and create environments where students grow in their faith. You must make Timberlake your church home.
What you'll do#
- Build genuine relationships with students and create consistent opportunities for discipleship.
- Teach and communicate the gospel in ways that connect with middle and high school students.
- Develop and invest in volunteers to help them grow as leaders and disciplemakers.
- Collaborate with the Redmond student team to serve both middle and high school ministries with alignment.
- Invest in local partnerships and contact work at local schools.
What you'll need#
- A genuine love for students and the ability to build trust with them over time.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teenagers in both large group and one-on-one settings.
- Experience galvanizing and developing volunteers.
- A work ethic that is outcome-driven and flexible.
- A personality that takes the work seriously, but not yourself.
- A degree in Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Human Resources, or English.
Location & details#
- Location: Redmond, Washington.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, with flexibility for occasional Friday events.
- Compensation: $52,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Benefits: Accrued PTO, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and LTD insurance, plus a 403B retirement plan with employer match after one year.
- Employment Status: Full-time. We cannot provide visa sponsorship.
