About the role#
This Quality Assurance Co-op position focuses on continuous improvement and digital transformation within the Quality Assurance organization. You will gain exposure to Quality Systems, regulatory compliance, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies while working on projects that impact our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze quality metrics and build dashboards to improve visibility of Key Performance Indicators.
- Design and automate reporting tools to reduce manual tasks and improve overall efficiency.
- Create automated reports and data visualization tools for Deviations, Laboratory OOS investigations, Customer Complaints, and Rejected Batches.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.
- Assist with the review, revision, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Support document management and workflow optimization within Documentum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate current processes and propose solutions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree program in a science-related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Previous related co-op, internship, or work experience is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience through campus programs, athletics, volunteer organizations, or other community roles.
- A track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, and driving results.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.
- Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: This is a full-time, on-site role.
- Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $24.00 and $25.00, depending on your academic year.
- Requirements: Geographic mobility and flexibility are required for this role.
