About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. You will work on-site to support industrial and manufacturing engineering projects. This program serves as a pipeline for future leadership roles within the company. We are looking for students who are geographically mobile and open to future career opportunities across our various locations.
What you'll do#
- Support industrial and manufacturing engineering projects across site operations.
- Assist with process engineering tasks, including optimization and troubleshooting.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
- Conduct data analysis, time studies, and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement standard work and visual management tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with teams in Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Track and report measurable operational improvements.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, Systems, or Operations Engineering.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least one year of previous internship or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, athletics, volunteer work, or military service.
- A track record of influencing teams and driving results.
- Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Compensation: The hourly pay range is $21.50 - $28.75.
