About the role#
This Manufacturing Engineering Co-op position is designed to build future leadership talent. You will work on-site in Marietta, Ohio, supporting daily operations and cross-functional projects. The program provides exposure to business operations and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support team projects and daily activities.
- Collect and analyze data to assist with process improvement.
- Document findings and contribute to cross-functional work.
- Gain practical experience in business operations.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
- Proven leadership through athletics, student organizations, volunteer work, or other roles.
- Ability to influence others and drive results.
- Grit, resilience, and an interest in solving complex problems.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Geographic mobility and flexibility for this role and potential future opportunities.
Location & details#
- Location: Marietta, Ohio.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: Hourly rate between $18.50 and $28.75.
- Relocation: A $5,000 stipend is available for students living more than 50 miles from the work site.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
