About the role#
This internship program provides hands-on experience in project engineering and field management within our Transportation Division. You will work on jobsites or in the office to assist with project coordination, estimating, and preconstruction tasks. The program is designed to prepare you for future leadership roles and full-time employment after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers and field supervision staff with daily project coordination.
- Estimate costs for change orders.
- Manage document control and write RFIs and submittals.
- Coordinate subcontractors and solicit bidders.
- Create schedules for contracts and materials.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Support safety management on site.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week work schedule.
- Willingness to relocate for specific roles if required.

- Location: New York, New York.

- Compensation: $23 to $26 per hour.
