About the role#
The Internet Services team manages public websites, SharePoint sites, and internal documentation. This year-round internship provides hands-on experience with Agile practices, content management, and data analysis. You will work on meaningful projects under the guidance of product owners and team members. This position is a 12-month commitment running from January 2027 through December 2027, with a maximum of 1,000 hours.
What you'll do#
- Perform website content quality assurance and publishing support, including supervised content updates and link verification.
- Assist with accessibility checks and provide support to Kentico editorial users.
- Review stale content and orphaned sites within SharePoint.
- Test labeling policies that identify sensitive documents.
- Build and maintain data tables, such as monthly web metrics.
- Support Jira backlog reviews, Confluence pages, and SharePoint documentation.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising senior or second-year graduate student, graduating in December 2027 or May/August 2028.
- Enrollment in fields such as Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance work with academic commitments.
- Comfort following defined processes and working in reviewed batches.
- Basic spreadsheet proficiency, including sorting, filtering, and formulas.
- General web and computer literacy.
- Ability to be self-directed within a supervised structure while remaining open to feedback.
- A professional, reliable, and discreet approach to work in a regulated environment.
- Willingness to collaborate and participate in team standups and reviews.
Location & details#
- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Modality: Hybrid. Employees are expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week, with Tuesday and Wednesday as anchor days.
- Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
