About the role#
The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) offers a year-round internship focused on Service Management. This position runs from January 2027 through December 2027, with a maximum of 1,000 hours. You will work within the IT Asset Management team, which maintains the authoritative record of hardware, software, cloud, and open-source technology at the firm.
What you'll do#
- Manage IT assets, including both hardware and software.
- Assist with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Map assets and services to provide visibility into the IT environment.
- Gain experience in application lifecycle management and risk reduction.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising senior or second-year graduate student, graduating in December 2027, May 2028, or August 2028.
- Enrollment in an IT or Business degree program.
- General IT knowledge and AI skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks is preferred but not required.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Dallas, Texas.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week in the office, with Tuesday and Wednesday as anchor days.
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
