About the role#
The Business Systems Analysis (BSA) team supports the technical infrastructure and business applications that keep our organization running. This internship sits within the Enablement pillar, which covers areas like platform engineering, security services, and enterprise technology solutions. You will work under the guidance of the Enablement Pillar Lead to build a comprehensive product inventory and assess documentation needs across these core support areas.
What you'll do#
- Research and catalog all tools and products within our six Enablement areas.
- Document the functional purpose and business relevance of each identified product.
- Evaluate and prioritize products that require full requirements analysis documentation.
- Draft written analyses explaining the rationale behind your documentation priorities.
- Maintain organized project tracking and documentation using Confluence and Jira.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and refine product capabilities.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, verifiable requirements.
- Partner with product teams to validate requirements and support development teams through implementation, including test case verification.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising senior or second-year graduate student, graduating in December 2027 or May/August 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized while managing documentation across multiple areas.
- A self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to learn new concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, or cybersecurity principles is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Term: Year-round (January 2027 through December 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid. Employees are expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week, with Tuesday and Wednesday as mandatory anchor days.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
