About the role#
This co-op program offers a path through three core merchandising functions at The Home Depot. You will rotate through Supplier Collaboration, Pricing, and Assortment Planning over three semesters. This role requires a commitment to three full-time terms: Spring 2027, Fall 2027, and Summer 2028.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through Supplier Collaboration, Pricing, and Assortment Planning functions each semester.
- Own a supplier review and execution process for a specific product category.
- Use the Supplier Analytics Program to drive sales and inventory productivity.
- Curate business recommendations, present them to Merchants, and execute them across stores and online.
- Lead analytics for a pricing strategic review, including the design and rollout of pilot programs.
- Manage a product line business review, including recommendations for store clustering, product selection, and space optimization.
- Complete 1-2 large projects per rotation alongside ad-hoc tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration or Management degree program.
- Minimum age of eighteen.
- Legal permission to work in the United States.
