Selected candidates can expect: Ownership of high priority projects instrumental to the R&D function and business, working in collaboration with multiple teams and functions within the organization. Opportunities to share their learnings, ideas & insights directly with today’s leaders of the organization Mentoring by seasoned R&D leaders Partnerships with other departments within the company to gain a greater understanding of R&D’s role in the business The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25.00 to $33.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Qualifications To be eligible for this summer internship opportunity you must be a current undergraduate junior expected to graduate May/June 2028. Applicants must be majoring in: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Package Engineering, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Polymer Science, Engineering and Management or Materials Science.
