About the role#
This is a part-time, paid internship based in Salt Lake City, Utah, for the Winter 2027 term. You will work 20 hours per week over a four-month period. This role requires you to work on-site at the Church Office Building.
What you'll do#
- Write captions and descriptions for the For the Strength of Youth Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Create content for the Strive to Be YouTube channel.
- Interview youth from around the world.
- Respond to comments on YouTube.
- Assist with SEO tasks.
- Adapt long-form content into short-form social media captions.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited university or have graduated within the last year.
- A background in Communications, Marketing, or English is preferred.
- At least one year of college-level writing experience.
- A sound understanding of Church doctrine and a love for the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Must be a member of the Church who is worthy of a temple recommend.
- Ability to speak and write clearly in English.
- Strong creative thinking and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professionalism and the ability to work well with others.
