About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in project management. You will work alongside Program Managers and project teams to help them stay organized, communicate clearly, and move work forward. This role supports the responsibilities of the Church.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with stakeholders and resource teams to gather information and track project needs.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and documentation.
- Track deliverables, approvals, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions.
- Support the management of project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes, status updates, and project communications.
- Assist with project intake, execution, and closeout activities.
- Identify and escalate potential risks to project leads.
- Support coordination across various workstreams and teams.
- Assist with process improvements and other assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an educational institution or graduation within the last year.
- Ability to manage assigned work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and effective collaboration skills.
- Ability to respond well to direction and feedback.
- Understanding of Church doctrine, history, organization, policy, and protocol.
- Must be a member of the Church and worthy of a temple recommend.
- Must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter and a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
