About the role#
We are looking for a Web Student to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position where you will gain experience in web content management and technical support. You will work remotely from a home office within Ontario or Quebec.
What you'll do#
- Build and update HTML webpages for our member portal, employee portal, and public website.
- Test web applications across various browsers and devices to ensure functionality.
- Help the team with technical troubleshooting and support requests.
- Research and share findings on web development best practices.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in full-time post-secondary studies from January 2027 to April 2027.
- Practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Background in web content management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain high attention to detail, and proof your own work.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, user experience principles, or QA testing is an asset.
- French language skills are considered an asset.
