About the role#
The Social Impact Programs Co-op supports community engagement, entrepreneur development, and employee volunteerism. You will work with internal teams and external partners to execute programs that connect business goals with social impact. This is a full-time, paid 6-month position running from January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support logistics and execution for the Samuel Adams Brewing the American Dream program.
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs through coaching support, inbox management, and onboarding.
- Lead the social media strategy for the Brewing the American Dream program.
- Manage the Donations Program, including paperwork, partner relationships, and donation pick-ups at the Boston Brewery.
- Track participation and impact through the Benevolence Days platform.
- Participate in volunteer events with coworkers and external partners.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, and Inclusion & Belonging teams on research and projects.
- Assist with program tracking, stakeholder communications, and impact measurement reporting.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program with the intent to return to school after the co-op.
- Coursework or experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, or Cause Marketing.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently or seeking guidance when needed.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred, and design experience is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week at our Boston Seaport Corporate Office and the remaining days remote.
