About the role#
The Arena Group is seeking an analytical intern to join the Monetization Operations and Programmatic Sales team for the Summer 2026 term. This role focuses on the intersection of media, technology, and sales, supporting efforts to maximize digital ad revenue across a portfolio of premium brands. You will gain exposure to the fundamentals of programmatic advertising while completing projects that audit systems, uncover revenue opportunities, and support sales initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Perform a visual and data-driven health check of top sites across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Build a refreshable framework and dashboard to maintain system health after the internship concludes.
- Draft a go-to-market one-pager that outlines data packages for advertisers.
- Utilize industry intelligence tools to identify new advertising opportunities.
- Create promotional materials for seasonal and tentpole editorial events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data, organize information, and identify patterns or gaps within spreadsheets.
- Skill in translating technical concepts into clean, persuasive sales collateral using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy and ad layouts.
- A resourceful and curious mindset with a willingness to learn complex, data-driven technologies.

- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship.
- The term duration is 10 to 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
