Intern - Unpaid

About the role#

This is an unpaid, project-based educational internship designed for professional development and research experience. The role focuses on independent study and analysis of business operations within the mortgage sector.

What you'll do#

• Learn the Four Mile business model through provided training materials and observational shadowing of loan officers.
• Research strategic questions regarding potential new marketing channels and product lines.
• Produce a written research report (approximately 8–15 pages) evaluating connected-TV advertising and purchase mortgages.
• Create a presentation deck summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Present your final work to the President of the company.

• An understanding of marketing strategies.

• Location: Denver, Colorado.
• Term: Summer 2026 (approximately 11 weeks).
• Modality: Hybrid, featuring a mix of remote work and in-person days at the Denver office.
• Majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Communications.
