About the role#
This internship program is for students currently enrolled in an academic program. Roles are full-time (40 hours per week) and require on-site attendance for a minimum of 12 weeks. You will work within Purchasing, Planning, or Logistics teams to support supply chain operations, facility design, and transportation management.
What you'll do#
- Build working relationships with engineering teams and suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Negotiate, evaluate, and issue RFx and POs for assigned commodities.
- Develop material flow standards and principles for facilities.
- Lead initiatives related to warehouse automation, inventory management, and facility design.
- Ensure partners receive service throughout the shipment process.
- Drive performance through regular meetings with third-party logistics partners.
- Prepare documentation to meet delivery dates.
- Support supply chain planning operations and optimize parameters to improve efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Previous working experience, including internships. Product management experience is a plus.
- Ability to work with teams including purchasing, software engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales, and operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and MS Teams.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau is a plus.

- Terms: Winter 2027 and Spring 2027.
- Work modality: On-site.

- Compensation: $22.39 - $42.61 per hour plus benefits.
