About the role#
This short-term co-op opportunity lasts 3-4 weeks. It is designed for students currently enrolled in a provincially accredited automotive program. You will work with Tesla trained technicians to gain hands-on experience and develop skills for a career in the automotive industry.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside Tesla trained technicians to perform various vehicle repairs.
- Execute basic repair work on Tesla products.
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Document repairs accurately and inspect shop equipment, requesting replacements when needed.
What you'll need#
- Confirmation of enrollment in a provincially accredited automotive program.
- Foundational understanding of vehicle systems, including infotainment, suspension, HVAC, and brakes.
- Ability to apply basic electrical principles to diagnostics and repairs.
- Proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including web browsing, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, innovate, and follow instructions.
- Evidence of a safety first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
- Basic command of the English language.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.

- Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, RRSP matching, and stock purchase plans.
