About the role#
This internship focuses on Sales and Delivery Operations. You will support regional business priorities by assisting with budgets, headcount, and showroom standards. The role requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week on-site in Oakville, Ontario. The position runs during the Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Manage event sourcing, preparation, and supply logistics.
- Build and maintain Excel trackers and PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews.
- Use AI tools like Claude and Nova to improve reporting and operational workflows.
- Coordinate team follow-up and assist with cross-functional project execution.
- Help design programs that improve team performance and consistency.
- Analyze data to support process improvements and market expansion efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business or related graduate degree program.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid business foundation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data handling and formatting.
- Ability to create polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience using AI tools to increase work speed and quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Compensation: $16.35 - $26.92 per hour plus benefits.
