About the role#
This internship supports the development and implementation of service initiatives within the North America Service Field Management team. You will work with cross-functional partners to drive process improvements and ensure standardization. This role involves analyzing operational metrics to inform business decisions, coordinating resources, and managing project timelines. You will contribute to the growth of service operations by identifying areas for improvement and helping teams execute key initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of service initiatives, including production planning, shop loading, scheduling, and mobile service.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
- Coordinate resources, provide clear direction on deliverables, and delegate tasks across the team.
- Partner with regional teams to implement quality and customer service standards.
- Gather feedback for stakeholders and the central support team through project evaluations.
- Resolve operational problems and escalate challenges when necessary.
- Occasionally visit sites to review activities and implement standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Communications or a related field.
- Background in service or operations, with prior operations leadership experience being a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building cross-functional relationships and collaborating across teams.
- High competency with Microsoft Office and Tableau.
- High proficiency in AI tools including Claude Code, Grok Build, and Gemini.
- A valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
- The term runs from Winter 2027 through Spring 2027.
- A minimum commitment of 12 weeks at 40 hours per week is required.
- This position is paid and eligible for benefits.
