About the role#
As a Collision Technician Trainee Intern, you will join the team responsible for repairing Tesla electric vehicles. You will learn about Tesla technologies while gaining practical experience in collision repair. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Perform entry-level repair work on Tesla vehicles under guidance.
- Use a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
- Support senior technicians with collision repair operations, including disassembly, reassembly, paint prep, detailing, estimating, and mechanical tasks.
- Maintain records of time, shop inventory, parts, and supplies.
- Assist with Front and Back of House operations.
What you'll need#
- Knowledge of collision repair methods and techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Basic computer skills, including web browsers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in English.
- A safety-first attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Current enrollment in a Collision or Automotive program is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.

- Compensation: $22.50 per hour plus benefits.
