About the role#
Tenstorrent is seeking a Finance Operations Intern to support key workflows across travel and expense, enterprise systems, and cross-functional business operations. This role provides hands-on experience with finance processes and operational improvements within a growing company. You will contribute to workflow coordination, documentation, and the systems that enable the finance department to scale.
What you'll do#
- Support travel and expense operations, including process coordination and issue tracking.
- Assist with contract and agreement coordination, as well as purchase requisition and purchase order management.
- Document finance workflows, standard operating procedures, and process requirements across various systems.
- Analyze process challenges and support improvements to data quality, workflow consistency, and operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Interest in finance operations, business processes, enterprise systems, and continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize information and manage multiple workflows.
- Proactive learning approach and strong communication skills.
