About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work in a setting where chemistry and advanced technology meet. You will join our team to support the development of manufacturing processes and gain hands-on experience with specialized equipment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians on the acceptance of four new pieces of equipment.
- Develop effective cleaning recipes.
- Use metrology equipment to characterize deposited films.
- Plan and execute experiments.
- Analyze and document your results.
- Improve the performance of manufacturing equipment and processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline.
- Interest in micro-fabrication, MEMS, and CCD manufacturing.
- Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a preference for teamwork.
- Commitment to following industrial health and safety regulations.
