About the role#
Join the Sustainability team at Teknor Apex to support environmental goals while creating value for our customers. As a Market Strategy and Growth Intern, you will identify new business opportunities by researching industries and tracking emerging trends. You will work directly with business leaders to provide insights that shape strategic planning and future business decisions. This role is a fit for students interested in strategy, business analytics, market intelligence, or product management.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research across various industries and application segments.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and potential growth opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives within the Growth Office.
- Build reports and presentations for business leadership.
- Gather and interpret industry data to support business recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Comfort working with data to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A curious and self-motivated approach to solving business problems.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to perform duties under specific time requirements and adapt to changing responsibilities.
