About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The role is offered for the Summer 2027 term with an 8 to 12 month duration. This position operates under a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement across the organization.
- Support the development of comprehensive process maps and workflows.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather necessary requirements for projects.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
