About the role#
As a Digital Events Intern, you will help create learning experiences that show customers how to use our products. You will join our live training webinar program, assisting with planning and coordination across different languages and time zones. You will work alongside full-time team members to improve our digital events and help customers build new skills.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate webinar scheduling and keep the webinar landing page updated.
- Recruit staff to help with webinar chat and Q&A sessions.
- Design thumbnails and write email content to promote upcoming events.
- Manage communications with webinar registrants before and after sessions.
- Analyze data from past webinars to help plan future events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote webinars through social media and email.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Graphic Design.
- Experience leading or assisting with event organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and share that knowledge.
- Ability to write clear copy and create visual content.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a hybrid work modality.
- You must be able to work from our office in East Lansing, Michigan, at least 20 percent of the time.
- The internship term is rolling.
