About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Co-op position based in Middletown, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site during the Summer 2027 term. You will join the Global Technology Business Unit at the TE Connectivity EPICenter, working under the guidance of experienced technicians to support engineering and manufacturing projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform machining, fitting, and assembly tasks.
- Construct prototype dies, molds, assembly tooling, and gauges.
- Prove out engineering concepts and produce sample products.
- Complete all required safety training and follow standard operating procedures.
- Learn to operate CNC machines and gain experience in basic tool and die making.
- Use inspection equipment like calipers, micrometers, and pin gages.
- Record your time and use basic computer software such as Word and Excel.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Prior internship experience or completion of a major project is preferred.
