About the role#
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) Group powers day-to-day operations at TD. This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience supporting business operations, projects, and strategic initiatives. You will work alongside leaders across various functions to learn how the bank operates and gain insight into our vision.
What you'll do#
- Support your Line of Business in developing and executing work projects to meet organizational goals.
- Assist customers and business partners through core banking services and fraud management.
- Contribute to reporting, process improvement, and governance tasks.
- Participate in professional development training, networking events, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary degree program, specifically in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Operations Management.
- An anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- Locations: Mount Laurel, New Jersey; Greenville, South Carolina; or Portland, Maine.
- This role is hybrid. You are expected to work on-site at a designated TD hub at least two days per week and must reside within 60 minutes of your assigned location.
