About the role#
The Customer Platforms internship focuses on the digital banking experience. You will support the development and execution of projects within our online and mobile platforms. This 10-week program provides exposure to senior leaders, professional training, and a peer-mentoring network.
What you'll do#
- Help deliver customer-focused features for our online browser and mobile apps.
- Evaluate servicing capabilities to identify performance trends and improve the user experience.
- Conduct competitive intelligence research to support enterprise business strategies.
- Assist in the execution of work projects aligned with specific business goals.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days per week in-office).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
- Note: Candidates must be work-authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
