About the role#
TC Transcontinental is seeking a marketing research intern for a 10-week term starting in late September 2026. Working under the supervision of the Marketing Research Director, you will assist project managers and collaborate with editors and directors across various divisions to plan and coordinate research studies.
What you'll do#
- Recruit participants for qualitative studies, including managing invitation lists, sending emails, and confirming attendance.
- Handle logistics for focus groups and remote consultations, such as booking rooms and organizing necessary materials.
- Prepare research reports to support marketing research project managers.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor degree in marketing or business administration.
- Excellent French skills, both spoken and written.
- Functional English skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to new situations.
- An interest in marketing research and the educational publishing sector.
- Knowledge of QResearch or other data analysis software is an asset.

- This position is based in Montreal, Quebec.
- The role is on-site and full-time for a duration of 10 weeks.
- This is a paid internship.
